Terms of sale

These terms govern the use of this website and the purchases you make on it. By placing an order you accept them.

Prices and VAT

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout, before you confirm your order.

If we spot an obvious pricing error after your order, we will let you know and you can choose between confirming it at the correct price or cancelling it with a full refund.

Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the shipping confirmation. We may reject an order if the product is out of stock, if the payment cannot be authorised or if we suspect fraud.

Payment

Payment is made at checkout through our payment gateway. We do not store your card details.

Your rights as a consumer

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason, and a 3-year legal guarantee of conformity. Our returns policy explains this in detail and forms part of these terms.

Product information

Photos are for guidance. The measurements and features are those stated on each product page. The tone of the light may look slightly different depending on your screen.

Liability

We are liable for foreseeable damage caused by a breach of this contract or by lack of due care. We do not exclude liability where the law does not allow it.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, please email lbgg.shopify@gmail.com first: most problems are solved that way. If we cannot reach an agreement, you can go to the consumer authority of your region or to the Spanish Consumer Arbitration System.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. As a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order applies.

This English version is a courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
