Shipping policy

Shipping and delivery

We ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, please write to us before ordering.

Delivery time

Your order arrives in 7-12 business days from the day you place it. Our products ship from our international supplier's warehouse, which is why delivery takes a little longer than a shop with stock in Spain.

No customs

VAT is already included in the price. You will not have to pay anything else when you receive the parcel.

Shipping costs

They are shown at checkout, before you confirm your order.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. It can take up to 72 hours to show the first update.

Delays or lost parcels

If your order has not arrived 15 business days after you bought it, email lbgg.shopify@gmail.com with your order number and we will chase it. If we cannot deliver it within 30 days, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund.

Wrong address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If the order cannot be delivered because the address was wrong, we refund the product but not the shipping costs.
