Returns

If you are not happy, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to return it, no questions asked. This is your right of withdrawal under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

How to return a product

1. Email lbgg.shopify@gmail.com within those 14 days with your order number. You can also use the withdrawal form at the end of this page, although it is not mandatory.
2. We will reply within 24 business hours with the address to send it to.
3. Send it within 14 days of notifying us, with all its accessories.

Return costs

If you return the product because you changed your mind, you pay for the return shipping. If it arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, we pay.

Refund

We refund the full amount, including the original standard shipping, within 14 days of you telling us about the return. We may wait until we receive the product (or proof that you have sent it) before refunding. We use the same payment method you used to buy.

If the product comes back used beyond what is needed to try it, we may deduct the loss in value.

Legal guarantee

All products have a 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery. If something fails, email us a photo or video of the problem and we will replace it or refund you.
