You have 14 days from delivery to return the lamp, no questions asked.
How to do it
- Sign in to your account with the email used for your order and select "request return", or email lbgg.shopify@gmail.com with your order number.
- We reply within 24 business hours with the return address.
- Send it back with all its accessories within the next 14 days.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not left the warehouse. Do it from your account or write to us as soon as possible.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you return it because you changed your mind, you pay for return shipping. If it arrives broken, faulty or not what you ordered, we pay.
Refund
We refund the full amount within 14 days, using the same payment method.
Guarantee
The lamp has a 3-year legal guarantee. If something fails, send us a photo or video and we will replace it or refund you.
