We ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Shipping is free. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, please write to us before ordering.
How long does it take?
7-12 business days from your order. The lamp ships from our international supplier's warehouse, which is why it takes a little longer than a shop with stock in Spain. We tell you before you buy so there are no surprises.
Do I pay customs?
No. VAT is already included in the price and you won't pay anything else on delivery.
Tracking
When your order ships we email you the tracking number. The first update can take up to 72 hours to appear.
What if it doesn't arrive?
If you don't have it after 15 business days, email lbgg.shopify@gmail.com with your order number and we will chase it. If we can't deliver it within 30 days, we refund you.
