These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you agree to them.

Prices and VAT

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT at the applicable rate. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order.

We try to keep prices and product information accurate. If we discover a genuine pricing error after you order, we will contact you and give you the choice of confirming at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if we can't authorise payment, or if we suspect fraud.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, including the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity.

Please note that personalized posters are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, as they are manufactured according to your specifications. Our returns policy explains this in detail and forms part of these terms.

Product information

Star maps are calculated using public astronomical data (Yale Bright Star Catalogue) based on the date, time, and coordinates you provide us. Colors may appear slightly different between screens and printed paper.

Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability where the law does not permit it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Complaints and disputes

If something has gone wrong, email lbgg.shopify@gmail.com first — most problems are solved that way. If we can't resolve it between us, consumers in Spain may take a complaint to the regional consumer authority or to the Sistema Arbitral de Consumo.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. As a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
